Shipping & Returns Policy:

- Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

- We do not accept returns on lashes. If you had any issues/errors with your order, please contact our support line to handle any grievances.

- Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address as you may be required to pay a second delivery charge if you need to change the delivery address after your order has shipped, or if your order is returned undelivered.

- Free local pickup is available for qualifying orders upon request. Do not select the "local pickup" shipping option before scheduling a pickup appointment, as failure to do so may result in addition delivery charges and/or order cancellations. Please contact our support line with questions.

- Paradise Unlimited fulfills shipments through USPS, and is not responsible for lost packages, mishandlings during transit, or carrier delays due to weather conditions/holidays. Please contact our support line with any questions/comments/concerns.
